2. Is your jewellery made of hallmarked gold?
Yes. Our 14K gold jewellery carries the 585 fineness and the legal hallmark under OUG 190/2000. See Warranty and Certification.
3. Why is the price “on request”?
The price of gold jewellery depends on its weight and on the gold price. Contact us and we will send you the current price and availability.
4. How do I find my ring size?

5. Can I order a bespoke piece or an engraving?
Yes: engraving, resizing or made-to-order pieces. Please note that personalised products cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal.
6. Do you deliver nationwide?
On request, we ship by insured courier. Details in Delivery and Payment.
7. Can I return a piece of jewellery?
For distance purchases you have a 14-day right of withdrawal (subject to the legal exceptions). Details and form: Returns Policy.
8. What warranty do I get?
The 2-year legal guarantee of conformity (OUG 140/2021) plus the commercial warranty stated in your certificate.
