Delivery and Payment

1. Boutique collection

Reserved items can be collected from our boutique: Strada Aurel Vlaicu I3, Arad 310141. Please confirm by telephone (0751 059 740) before your visit. On collection we issue the fiscal document and warranty certificate.

2. Courier delivery

On request, we can ship products within Romania by express courier, with the parcel insured for its declared value. The cost and estimated delivery time are communicated before the order is confirmed. Under OUG 34/2014, delivery takes place within 30 days of the conclusion of the contract, unless otherwise agreed. The risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer when they acquire physical possession of the product.

On receipt, check the parcel in the presence of the courier; if the packaging is damaged, ask for a report to be drawn up.

3. Payment methods

• cash or card in our boutique;
• bank transfer, based on the document issued by the Seller;
• cash on delivery, where available and within the value limit accepted by the courier.

Online card payment will only be available if online sales are enabled on the website; in that case payment will be processed by an authorised payment processor, and we will not store card details.

4. Invoicing and prices

Prices are in Romanian lei (RON). SARA FINE JEWELRY SRL is not registered for VAT. We issue a fiscal receipt and/or an invoice on request.

5. Bespoke orders

For made-to-order work a deposit may be requested, agreed in writing. The completion time is communicated on confirmation.
